We build our dual teams from our own committed roster. Every spot is earned through wrestle-offs and work ethic—not politics. With multiple duals scheduled in advance, we avoid last-minute scrambles.

📍 All practices held in the Bishop Kelley Wrestling Room
Beginners Classes
​- less than 2 years of experience
- ages 4-12 ​
- Mon/Tue/Thu — 5:30 to 6:30 PM
​The goal of all beginning wrestlers is to progress into the Advanced class and become a "competitive" wrestler.
Advanced/(open)
​ Monday through Thursday 
- 6:30-8:00 pm
